Mandoon Estate Reserve Frankland River Shiraz is grown in north-south oriented rows for maximum sun exposure, ensuring the fruit ripens fully in the cool Frankland River climate.
Traditional winemaking methods are used. The fruit is fermented on its skins for 14 days in open fermenters, then gently pressed to French oak barrels for 18 months of maturation.
Deep purple red, Mandoon Estate Reserve Frankland River Shiraz has complex spicy aromas with dense fruit flavours and silky tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
